Overview
This page informs you of Army Game Studio’s (“Army Game Studio,” “AGS,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Mobile Applications (collectively, our “Apps”), and the choices you have associated with that data. By using our Apps you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Data We Collect and Use
Account and Profile Data
While using our Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. For example,
- your username, password, and email address when you register for our Apps
- information, such as full name, that you provide for your profile
- information we receive from third parties, such as if you use a third party app to log into our Apps
- communication between you and our Apps. Note that you may not opt out of Service-related es-mails, such as those for resetting a lost password
User Content
You may use our Apps to post or share content or other materials (“User Content”). Other users may search for, see, use, or share your content. We may require access to your photos, contacts, camera, sensors, location, and other features as required to use our Apps.
Usage and Analytics Data
We may collect data on your usage of our Apps. This data may include information such as your computer’s IP address, mobile device type, mobile operating system version, time of your usage, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
We use third-party analytics tools to help us determine usage patterns and trends for our Apps. These tools collect data sent by your device. This data is aggregated, and cannot reasonably be used to identify or track any particular user.
Crash Data
In order to give you a bug-free experience, we may collect data on issues you encounter while using our Apps. This may include data such as device identifiers, operating system version, device type, and the state of your device during the issue.
We use third party tools to detect, store, and analyze data related to crashes. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify or track any particular user.
Log Files
When you use our Apps, our servers may record certain data into our log files, including your request, IP address, browser type, the URLs accessed, and other such information. This information allows us to find and fix issues, should they occur.
Device Identifiers
When you use our Apps, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, or remotely store one or more device identifiers. Device identifiers allow us to uniquely identify mobile devices.
We use these device identifiers to help us improve our Apps, determine unique user counts, make sure our Apps are properly functioning, and other such tasks. We do not use these identifiers to track individuals or their devices.
Metadata
Metadata is technical data associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how a certain piece of User Content was created. When you upload your User Content to our Apps, we may collect, store, and use this Metadata in conjunction with the functionality offered by our Apps.
Cookies
We may use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Apps and retain certain information over multiple sessions.
Using Your Information
In addition to the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use your information to:
- help you access your information after you sign in
- remember the information so you do not have to re-enter it
- send you push notifications
- provide personalized content to you and others, which could include forms of marketing
- provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Apps
- design and test new products and features
- monitor metrics such as number of visitors or demographic information
- diagnose or fix problems
- automatically update applications on your device

We may share your User Content and information with other government organizations (“Affiliates”). Affiliates may use this information to help understand and improve our Apps. We may also share information necessary to provide or improve our Apps.

The Public
Any information or content you voluntarily disclose for public consumption through our Apps, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. It will be controlled by any applicable privacy settings you set through our Apps.
This content may be freely searchable by the public, or through our Apps APIs.
If you remove User Content from our Apps, copies may remain viewable in caches and archives, or through third parties.

Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- protect and defend the rights or property of Army Game Studio

- protect the personal safety of users of our Apps
- protect against legal liability
Storing Your Information
Your information collected through our Apps may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we maintain servers. We may transfer any information we collect about you, including personal information, across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Your Account
You can update your account and profile settings at any time. Simply login to our Apps and change your settings. You can unsubscribe from our email communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in such communications. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from Service-related communications.
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to use our Apps. Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13.
If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
Web Sites and Other Apps
We are not responsible for the content or practices employed any website or mobile application linked to or viewed within our Apps. Please keep in mind that our Privacy Policy does not apply to any other services you visit from our Apps. We are also not responsible for any User Content you upload to these services through our Apps.
